How to use your crystal kit:

• Cleanse your crystals, using your Selenite Wand OR by holding them in your hands and asking that all energies not innately of the crystal be cleared.

• Choose which chakra(s) you'd like to work with and choose their corresponding stone(s)

• Program EACH crystal WITH A SPECIFC intention OR ALL AT ONCE WITH THE SAME INTENTION by holding them in your hands, closing your eyes and connecting to your breath.

• Visualize your manifestation. You can state something like "I am programming these crystals to help CLEAR AND BALANCE MY CHAKRAS."

• Additionally you can use your pendulum to check the status of each chakra.
